Our services include not only grinding of turnouts, welding of crossing and crossing castings, exchange of crossings, switch rails and stock rails, straightening of turnout parts, participation in the elimination of consequences of accidents and natural disasters, but also the use of a 2D scanner for cross section cuts.
We ensure the customer interaction during the replacement of the required parts in the track and, at the same time, we oversee the observance of the technological procedures when inserting new parts into the turnouts. We provide dressing and transformation of switch rails, stock rails and crossings. Based on the placement of the switch rails with or without trough sleepers, we carry out drilling holes for the jaw lock and its assembly.
